Trinity Force(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 앱·웹사이트(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.

01수집하는 항목

회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다. 앱마다 다를 수 있으며, 대표적으로 다음과 같습니다.

• 이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보: 계정 생성 시 이메일 등, 서비스 내에서 작성·저장하는 콘텐츠.
• 자동으로 생성되는 정보: 기기 식별자, 앱 버전·OS, 오류 로그, 이용 통계 등 서비스 운영·개선을 위한 정보.
• 결제 정보: 유료 기능 이용 시 결제는 App Store·Google Play 등 마켓을 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다.

03보관 및 파기

개인정보는 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관해야 하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다. 이용자가 계정을 삭제하면 관련 정보는 법정 보관 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 삭제됩니다.

04제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

회사는 법령에 근거하거나 이용자가 동의한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 클라우드 인프라·분석·결제 등 일부 업무를 외부 사업자(예: 클라우드 호스팅, 분석 도구, 앱 마켓)에 위탁할 수 있으며, 위탁 시 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 관리합니다.

05이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 접수할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 처리합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집하지 않습니다.

06안전성 확보 조치

회사는 개인정보 보호를 위해 전송 구간 암호화, 접근 권한 통제, 최소 수집 원칙 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다.

07방침의 변경

법령·서비스 변경에 따라 본 방침이 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 내용을 본 페이지에 공지합니다.

Trinity Force ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy applies to the apps and website (the "Services") we provide.

01Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary to provide the Services. This varies by app, but typically includes:

• Information you provide: e.g. email at sign-up, and content you create or save within a service.
• Automatically generated information: device identifiers, app version / OS, crash logs, and usage statistics used to operate and improve the Services.
• Payment information: payments for paid features are processed by the app marketplace (App Store, Google Play, etc.); we do not directly store payment-method details such as card numbers.

02How We Use It

• To provide and maintain the Services and verify users
• To analyze errors, improve quality, and develop new features
• To respond to inquiries and deliver notices
• To meet legal obligations

03Retention & Deletion

We delete personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, except where law requires longer retention (in which case it is stored separately, then deleted). If you delete your account, related information is removed except where a legal retention duty applies.

04Sharing & Processors

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or with your consent. We may use external processors (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, app marketplaces) to operate the Services, managed securely under applicable law.

05Your Rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time via the contact below; we act without undue delay under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without verifiable parental consent.

06Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and data minimization.
