본 약관은 Trinity Force(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션, 웹사이트 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

01서비스 이용

이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 회사는 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선하기 위해 사전 고지 후(긴급한 경우 사후) 변경할 수 있습니다.

02이용자의 책임

• 이용자는 본인의 계정 및 기기에 대한 관리 책임을 집니다.
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 용도로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하는 행위(역공학, 자동화 남용, 보안 우회 등)를 해서는 안 됩니다.

03지식재산권

서비스 및 그 안의 콘텐츠·디자인·상표에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 서비스에 입력·생성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.

04유료 서비스 및 결제

일부 기능은 유료로 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제·구독·환불은 해당 앱이 배포된 마켓(App Store, Google Play 등)의 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따릅니다.

05면책 및 책임의 한계

서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 천재지변, 이용자 귀책, 제3자 서비스 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 회사의 책임이 제한됩니다.

06서비스 중단·해지

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 앱 삭제 또는 계정 탈퇴로 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.

07약관의 변경

회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지에 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

08준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.

04Paid Features & Payments

Some features may be offered for a fee. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by the app's distribution platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.) and applicable law.

05Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, user fault, or third-party service failures.

06Suspension & Termination

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app or closing your account.

07Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date and changes within the Services or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

08Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
